My Girlfriend Applied for a B2 Visa to come visit (She has been here before on an ESTA) They did not even look at her documentation before rejecting her for insufficient ties. She is from Australia. Then why do the embassy require a lot of paper documents then if they are not going to look at them? They can just approved who they “like” or who “they feel deserve it”. Their judgement depends on their mood and instincts which are not accurate (of course because they are human). 3minutes assessment for a bunch or documents? Definitely a joke.

Today I took my third visa attempt and the officer shoot me with just one question. Your last interview officer mentioned that your visa was rejected for 214(B). So what have you improved to overcome 214(B)? I was shocked shocked because I have never heard of that before and i dont even know how to change or improve to overcome that in 2 months. I was asked just 2 questions and rejected. Be prepared guys.
